Flow Racking
Product category
Gravity-fed storage for cartons, bins and line-side material supply.
Category overview
Flow racking uses inclined roller or wheel lanes to move cartons and bins from replenishment to picking faces.
Flow racking is selected when the load should move toward a picking face, assembly point or replenishment signal. Pallet flow, carton flow, bin flow and line-side flow racks use different lane hardware because pallets, cartons, totes and small bins behave differently on rollers or wheel beds.
Good flow-rack planning starts with the actual load sample. Carton stiffness, tote base ribs, loaded weight, lane pitch, stops, labels and empty-container handling can decide whether a lane works smoothly in daily use. The category page therefore links to product pages that separate carton picking, reusable-tote flow and line-side supply.
