When you contact Runda Rack through WhatsApp or email, you decide what information to send. You choose whether to provide your name, contact details, company, product requirements, plans, photos, dimensions, load information and message history. This information is used to answer the enquiry, prepare or discuss a scope, and maintain necessary business records.
Website and campaign information
Google Ads measurement runs when the site loads. The site processes page paths, campaign parameters and contact-button interactions for measurement. When a Google advertising click identifier is present, the site stores it for the browser session and sends it to the lead-reference service. When that service returns a valid reference, the site includes the encrypted, time-limited reference in the page link sent through WhatsApp to help connect a later enquiry with its advertising click. The site does not provide an on-site tracking consent banner or toggle.
Cookies and identifiers
The Google tag is configured with advertising and analytics storage granted by default. Google services use cookies or advertising identifiers subject to your browser and Google account settings. The site does not store a tracking preference. Browser storage and device privacy controls can block or limit these identifiers, changing how measurement works.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and email services process information when you use those contact methods. Google Maps is embedded on the About page and receives technical request information when that page loads. Social profile links open the selected network. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy notice.
Recipients and international processing
Service providers process information for communications, website hosting, security, advertising measurement and mapping. If enabled, Meta/WhatsApp receives and delivers the message and the website host stores limited webhook records; a confirmed Qualified Lead may be sent to Google Ads for offline campaign measurement. Some providers operate infrastructure across multiple countries. Where processing occurs outside the visitor's country, it remains subject to the provider's safeguards and applicable requirements.
Retention and security
Contact and business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, quotation, transaction, legal obligation, dispute handling or legitimate recordkeeping purpose. If WhatsApp Business Platform is connected, an inbound webhook records the message text, a time-limited advertising reference where present, a non-reversible contact hash and processing status so the enquiry can be matched to a campaign and qualified without treating a button click as a sent message. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no internet transmission or third-party platform can be guaranteed completely secure.
